The Ladder Anchors, combined with flexible full-length velcro belts, are designed to be an anchor point. This combination creates a SURE-LOCK grip for your ladder. When this SURE-LOCK system is in place, your ladder is secured directly to the structure and prevents side-to-side movement, bottom kick out, blow over, and knock over.
Your L.S.A. kit provides you with two SURE-LOCK Velcro Belts, one 24 inch and one 36 inch, and one anchor. After extending to the desired height,
use one belt to wrap around the mid lock section of the ladder rungs, and use the second to SURE-LOCK your ladder to the structure.
This will prevent separation of the two ladder sections, increasing the stability of your ladder.

The permanent anchor plate can be installed on gables or fascia and is adaptable to most configurations. The flexability of the stability belts makes this possible.

The FACE PLATE ANCHOR is designed for areas where the soffit or eave areas are boxed or closed and may have gutters. The plate is ¼ inch thick and designed to be permanently installed. First we locate a stud, next we check to be sure the board is sound, then we place a double stick weather seal tape between the plate and the surface. Then secure with a 4 inch lag bolt and screws, providing a secure and permanent anchor for your SURE-LOCK Velcro Belt system; therefore, making a safe place to transition from ladder to roof and back.

COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS have no tie off areas anywhere around the perimeter! The FLAT ROOF ANCHOR is designed to be permanently installed around the perimeter of the building intermittently. Installation takes place ideally during construction or when roofed. This will provide an anchor point for inspections, maintenance, and emergency personnel. The flat roof anchor installs easily at parfait wall design, making the transition from ladder to roof and back safer.

The first anchor is the no-mark TEMPORARY ANCHOR CLAMP that can lock on to fascia boards or rafters. It is easy to install and adjust to any configuration. The anchor clamp is small enough to take with you, creating a SURE-LOCK on any ladder you climb. It has an adjustable clamp that opens up to 2 5/8 inches and narrows to ¼ inch. The holding power comes from the 4 inch x 2 inch width of the closing plate. The anchor is lightweight and is anodized.
